Fire alarm systems

Planning according to the state of the art and from an economic point of view is unavoidable. It is important for every building owner to optimize not only the construction costs but also the ongoing costs in advance. For this reason, we are one of the few offices that carry out the planning of fire alarm systems independently of products and ourselves. This makes it possible to optimize the costs for the operator, which arise primarily during ongoing operation. A later optimization is hardly possible.

Sprinkler systems

Sprinkler systems have the advantage that they not only report the fire, but can also extinguish it or contain its spread. We plan and design sprinkler systems exclusively in the interest of our customers, always keeping an eye on the running operating costs in addition to the construction costs. A subsequent planning of a sprinkler system can often reduce the costs of a structural fire protection renovation - calculable fixed costs! There is also the possibility of retrofitting modern sprinkler systems in existing properties.

Extinguishing systems

In addition to the water extinguishing systems, there is also the possibility of using various other extinguishing agents to ensure the protection of the equipment. A failure of the infrastructure can be prevented by the use of suitable extinguishing systems. In this regard, precise planning of the extinguishing medium and the system is required. This ensures that the greatest possible protection is achieved at the lowest possible cost.

Evacuation systems

Modern evacuation systems ensure that the persons present can quickly leave the object in the event of danger. It is important that no panic situation occurs. This can only be achieved if an optimized system is in place. It is also important that an evacuation system is not only required in case of fire, but also in case of amok or emergency for a safe exit from the object. Early planning of the system reduces costs during execution.

Escape and emergency lighting

This facility is necessary that the persons present, who are not familiar with the location, can quickly leave an object. It therefore makes sense to develop these systems together with escape concepts. This in turn saves later costs and allows an optimization in terms of construction and plant engineering.

Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems (SHEVS)

In order to prevent the spread of fire in an object, it is necessary that the smoke and heat are discharged from the object in a controlled manner. This enables the emergency services to quickly reach the source of the fire. The extinguishing measures can thus be carried out in a targeted manner by the emergency forces. These systems also serve to trigger sprinkler and extinguishing systems more quickly. At the same time, these systems also reduce smoke damage and enable the possible escape of persons present. For this reason, optimization and individual adaptation of these systems is necessary.

Pressurized ventilation systems (DBA)

To ensure escape, it is necessary that escape routes are usable at all times. To ensure this, pressurized ventilation systems can prevent smoke from entering the escape routes. Often, retrofit planning in the existing building is the only economical solution to ensure the escape route.

Fire smoke ventilation (BRE)

In stairwells, it is necessary that the smoke can be discharged. This ensures that people can safely reach the outside.

Extinguishing water supply

In addition to the municipality, the building owner is also responsible for the provision of extinguishing water. In order to ensure cost-effectiveness in this area as well, it is necessary that the supply of extinguishing water be planned in advance. It is also possible to save costs by optimizing the supply of extinguishing water. In this way, several companies can jointly use extinguishing water systems.

Planning of fire water retention systems

Due to environmental regulations, it is necessary that contaminated extinguishing water is not simply released into the environment and is collected. For this reason, in addition to the provision of extinguishing water, the retention of extinguishing water must also be planned in advance. This ensures that no environmentally relevant problems occur in the event of an incident. By means of structural and plant engineering measures, an extinguishing water supply and disposal concept can be economically achieved here (extinguishing water management!).

Safety-related construction supervision and acceptance/ ÖBA

It can already be ensured during the construction phase that the prescribed and planned measures are properly implemented. In addition to the requirements of building law, the specifications of the Construction Products Ordinance are also of essential importance. Through an optimized selection of products, economic efficiency and cost optimization can usually be achieved. A safety-related construction supervision replaces high cost-intensive renovations afterwards. Safety-related construction supervision can also be commissioned voluntarily by the building owner.
