1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the implementation of qualification, consulting and support measures, seminars, exercises, courses, hereinafter referred to as events, unless mandatory statutory provisions for specific training services stipulate otherwise.

2. registrations and conclusion of contract
To ensure the efficiency of the events, the number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. For organizational reasons, registration may be necessary at least 10 days prior to the start of the event, otherwise participation in the respective event cannot be guaranteed. Registration must be made in writing by letter, by fax, by e-mail or online. The contract between Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung and the customer is only concluded and valid after Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung has sent the registration confirmation to the seminar participant. The date of the postmark is valid.

3. conditions of participation
If the attendance of an event is bound to certain admission conditions, these will be listed in the event program and must be fulfilled by the participant.

4. terms of payment
The participation fee is due net cash before the start of the event. Please transfer the participation fee in due time using the payment slip you will receive with the invoice. The organizer is entitled to expel participants from the event whose fee has not been paid on a case-by-case basis. Only in exceptional cases is cash collection possible for events.

5. cancellations
Cancellation free of charge up to 10 days before the start of the event is possible in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) (date of postmark). In case of cancellation after this deadline but before the start of the event, the organizer may charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee. In case of non-participation without notification, termination or unilateral termination of the seminar by the participant, we will charge the entire participation fee or no (even partial) refund of the participation fee will be provided. If a substitute participant is nominated, the cancellation fee will not apply.

6. confirmation of participation
Events in accordance with TRVB O 117 are confirmed in the fire protection pass provided for this purpose. In addition, a confirmation of participation can be issued by the organizer. For events outside TRVB O 117, a confirmation of participation with the corresponding content will be issued.

7. training documents
The training documents or data carriers provided to the participant may not be copied or provided to third parties.

8. program changes
Due to the long-term planning, organizational program changes are possible, as long as they do not fundamentally change the event objective.

9. special dates
The dates mentioned in event programs represent the framework program of the Villach Fire Protection Training. If there are enough participants (depending on the respective event) additional dates can be inserted.

10. cancellations
Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung reserves the right to cancel announced events in justified exceptional cases. In this case, any participation fee already paid will be refunded in full. Any further claim for damages is excluded - unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence by Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung or a person for whom Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung is responsible.

11. data protection
Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung is entitled to store data concerning the participant, to process them electronically and to use and exploit them within the framework of the fulfillment of the contract. Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung agrees to treat all participant information and data confidentially and not to make it accessible to third parties.

12. exclusion of liability
Participants take part in the event at their own risk. You are solely responsible under civil and criminal law for all damages caused by you. Participants waive all claims for damages of any kind arising in connection with the event against Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung, all persons entrusted with or connected to the running of the event and the seminar hotel, except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent causation of damage on the part of the organizer. Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung does not assume any liability for personal belongings of the participants. No liability claims can be made against Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung from the application of the knowledge acquired at Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung.

13. place of jurisdiction
For all disputes arising from or in connection with participation in an event of the Villacher Brandschutz-Schulung (training institute AH Safety Engineering GmbH), the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Villach is agreed.

14. printing errors
We reserve the right to make subsequent changes at any time due to printing errors and to modify all matters related to events. In any case, such changes will be priced accordingly (e.g. Internet).
