We were informed that unauthorized access to apartments during fire inspections was being gained by false claims.

We would like to state that:

  • we carry out a fire inspection exclusively on behalf of and in agreement with the owner or the property management company
  • The fire inspections are announced in advance by the owner / property manager
  • no payments are to be made by the tenants/owners directly on site during the fire inspection - billing takes place exclusively with an invoice to the property management/owner afterwards.

The fire inspection may only be carried out:

Chimney sweep or expert!

Representatives of the fire department are not authorized to carry out the fire inspection. In addition, this is ALWAYS announced in advance!

It is true that all rooms are checked. However, there is no inspection of boxes, ....
There is only a view into the room, where the following main areas are checked:

  • Presence of smoke alarms
  • Fire police defects (e.g. fireplaces,...)
  • Inadequate cabling (e.g. distribution sockets,...)
